The City of Longmont seeks to provide its residents, customers and visitors the most up-to-date information on issues facing the community, actions under consideration, and the latest City program and service announcements.

• The City of Longmont launched an e-mail alert system to provide customers with up-to-date information on a variety of topics. If you have an e-mail account at home or work, you can receive notices directly to your e-mail address. Create a new Account in the new system, then select the Longmont e-News subscription option. Visit the eAlert subscription page to sign-up and choose the type of news you would like to receive.

• Find out about events, meetings and agendas, and the latest City projects. Read the City's monthly newsletter City Line and City Source "Your One Call to City Hall," a 24-hour telephone information service. In addition, the most recent press releases and recent reports and major documents and features are available.

• View Publications and Reports like our current City of Longmont Operating Budget, or perhaps the Longmont Demographics Profile. We have listed many of our publications and reports for you in one place.

• City Council directed staff to develop and implement a comprehensive approach for involving the Longmont community in City service delivery and problem-solving efforts. This approach formalizes the process for how the City determines when community involvement is important and how we can achieve community involvement that is meaningful and productive for our entire community.
